Very nice clean room, nice & comfortable. Only 5 minutes walk to beach. Dave is nice & friendly told us help ourselves to as much tea, coffee, milk & sugar as we wanted. Doesn't go into room so if you need anything just ring the bell. Overall a very nice place to stay. Would definitely recommend.
We booked this sort of last minute and as my I'm disabled and we needed an accessible room. We booked direct with the mayfair and spoke to Dave, such a nice host and asked if there's anything else we needed. On arrival Dave was there to greet us and show us around. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable with tea making facilities in the room. Nothing was too much trouble and was a lovely stay, just what we needed. We will definitely stay again. Looking forward to our next break away. Thank you Becki and De Peterborough

Had a lovely relaxing long weekend stay here. Dave is extremely welcoming and helpful. Room was spotless and comfortable. Only a very short walk to the beach and the centre of Skegness. Would recommend.
We stayed at the Mayfair guest house it was fabulously comfortable great place to stay very quiet we stayed in room 2 friendly owners loved and we will be going back too if you are looking at this place I give it 10 out of 10
Dave and Lesley were fabulous hosts so friendly and hospitable nothing was too much trouble. Location excellent not too far from the seafront and near to all local amenities. Clean and comfortable room. Will return and will recommend to others.
Me and my daughter stayed here May bank holiday weekend and we would definitely stay again, great fun hosts and treat you like their own. Breakfast .. wow!! I had the full English the first morning and struggle to get through it as there was a great portion, next time we stay I don't think I will have the cereals before just so I could eat all of the delicious food. Really like the idea of you tick off what you want for the following morning and it is a good list to choose from and that is without the cereals fruit juices and unlimited toast. Great size shower room and toilet And very well decorated and coordinated and real comfy beds. You will be seeing us again that is for sure!
